ABOUT US

Opificio 77 is a Tuscan distillery and liquor factory, created with the aim of combining innovation and tradition in the production of high-quality distilled spirits, bitters, and bottled cocktails in an artisanal manner.

The company born in 2019 from an idea by Alessandro Gherardi, a bartender and mixologist, trained at the "Mixology Academy" in Rome and the "Drink Factory" in Bologna, and a master distiller, trained at the "Istituto Enologico Cerletti" in Conegliano Veneto.

Within our laboratory, we have all the necessary machinery for the production of distilled spirits, bitters, and bottled cocktails.

We have two distillation methods available:

• Rotavapor for low-temperature distillation;

• Pot still for traditional distillation.
