Gin distilled at low temperature using Rotavapor.
This distillation technique allows to create a smoother and fresher product. The botanicals are distilled at around 30° so the result is a fresher aroma and taste unaltered by the temperatures of traditional distillation
It is the line of mixology products, created to become the ideal ally of bartenders.
