A Martini of our own way, no longer classic. A quick maceration of Gin with dried olives and a non-invasive fragrant note lemon peel not to affect the right dryness of a historical great Cocktail. INGREDIENTS:
Gin, Dry Vermouth ​ 
Obtained by maceration of Gin in small stainless-steel vats with dried olives and lemon peel, subsequently mixed, refined and oxidized in larger stainless-steel vats, then rested in glass.
